Born and raised in Norway, Mr. Finseth comes from a family with a long history of military service in both the Royal Norwegian Navy and Army. He currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Tactical Development for shooting centers in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Phuket, and Kanchanaburi. With over a decade of experience building and scaling businesses across Europe and Scandinavia, he brings a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and international expertise to every project he undertakes.

Colonel Tray Ardese is a highly accomplished retired officer of the United States Marine Corps,
with a distinguished 26-year career as both an F/A-18 fighter pilot and a Special Forces leader.
Over the course of his service, he completed seven combat tours, flying more than 250 combat
missions and accumulating over 3,000 flight hours across nine different aircraft. Colonel Ardese
held key leadership roles, including Commander of Marine Aircraft Group 41 (MAG-41) and Chief of
Current Operations for U.S. Strategic Command, overseeing critical operational planning and
execution at the highest levels. His exemplary service has been recognized with numerous honors,
including the Bronze Star and Purple Heart, reflecting his courage, dedication, and unwavering
commitment to mission success.
A citizen of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Colonel Ardese combines his military expertise with
a deep commitment to leadership development and mentorship. Holding a master's degree in
strategy, he leverages his extensive operational and tactical experience to provide insights
into effective leadership, decision-making, and resilience under pressure. Since retiring from
active duty, Colonel Ardese has become a nationally recognized speaker... He has contributed to
media programs such as "The Furiously Curious Show," further extending his influence as a
thought leader in leadership, ethics, and personal development.
